Brad Donohue
Dr. Donohue is a licensed clinical psychologist and Distinguished Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. A former national amateur boxing champion, Brad is dedicated to the practice and scientific development of mental health programs within the context of performance. He was Principal Investigator for the first clinical trial funded by the National Institutes of Health to examine the development of programming to optimize athletes' mental health while decreasing factors that interfere with performance. With over 160 scientific publications and numerous awards, he is an authority in mental wellness in sport.
John A. Mercer
Dr. John A. Mercer, a professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, is a leading expert in biomechanics and physiology of endurance performance. With over 20 years of experience, his research spans multiple sports, from swimming to baseball. Dr. Mercer utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to analyze movement and muscle activity. Aside from his academic pursuits, he co-hosts 'The Evidence Based Triathlete' podcast, aiming to bridge science and endurance sports.
Brandon Birchak
An NCAA All American Gymnast, 2X NCAA Champion Diver, and College of St. Rose Hall of Fame inductee, Brandon Birchak is also recognized internationally for his talents in Dragone Entertainment and Cirque du Soleil. Showcasing a range of skills from juggling to high-diving, Brandon's feats, including a six-somersault from Russian swing, have earned him features in Sports Illustrated and ESPN. With a literature and poetry degree, he has spent a decade researching underwater human performance.

Al Light, with a B.S. in Creative Writing and a Master's in Sports Administration, has masterfully blended academic insight with hands-on experience in high-performance culture development. For over ten years, he has been the head coach of acrobatics at the esteemed Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas. Al has worked with a spectrum of top-tier athletes, employing evidence-based performance techniques to achieve outstanding results. His unique approach, blending academic theory with real-world application, has set new standards of excellence in acrobatics and human performance at Cirque du Soleil.
Nathan Hollister
An Emergency Medicine physician with a unique acrobatic background, Nathan Hollister specializes in catering to the medical needs of elite athletes. From California to Washington DC, he has collaborated with both emergency medical and governmental entities for diverse events, ranging from protests to national sporting events. Currently based in Las Vegas, Nathan’s primary focus is on circus professionals. He is deeply invested in research on injury mechanics, preventive measures, elite athlete healthcare systems, and the intricate aspects of performance-related physiology.

Sky Trotter, CTO at Elite Performance Design, stands as a beacon of decentralized sovereignty in the tech world. Having held pivotal roles at EOS Incubator, Polyient Labs, W1SE Logistics, and more, he's been a fintech pioneer. Among his noteworthy achievements is the development of the Quantum Swap Protocol, the only quantum-safe exchange protocol for real-world assets. Sky's vision is to harness technology for creating a more equitable world.
